All great things must start somewhere. Well, here it is! Timothy Stephen Canterbury (TSC) was the beginning, a Steak O.G., a true pioneer in the Steak Competiton World. He was our leader, our teacher and our guidance for success.  This rub was the one secret we've kept for so many years, but not anymore. The T.S.C.
