Inspired by Angry Orchard’s Peach Mango Cider, we paired peaches and mangos with a blend of Scotch bonnet peppers, coriander, cumin, ginger (and more) and then hit it with the tang of cider vinegar. Weak Knees Peach Mango Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce is great on anything from wilted swiss chard to chicken and waffles.
