Join American Fire and Smoke 'n Magic for an unforgettable culinary experience like no other! We’re teaming up with a Holladay Distillery Engagement Specialist to craft unique bourbon cocktails that perfectly complement each of the four courses we’ll be serving. The Engagement Specialist will provide an in-depth explanation of the thoughtful pairings between the cocktails and the dishes.

Our four-course menu includes:

• Pork Belly Burnt Ends
• Beef Ribs
• Salmon
• A surprise dessert to cap off the experience

As a special treat, you'll also receive a recipe packet, a tasting glass, and a small sample bottle of bourbon to take home!
