This rub was specially developed for use on chicken. It has elements of sweet and smoky with just the right amount of heat to really compliment chicken. But you will find that is also good on other meats and some folks like on vegetables as well. It was used at the 2015 American Royal Invitational BBQ on our 1st place Chicken and on our 180 chicken at the 2017 Jack Daniels Invitational Contest!
